It's a water-based concentrated primer with strong penetration and adhesion. Dilute at 1/7 for silk and semi-matte paints, and at 1/10 for matte and plastic paints. Ideal for plaster, lime whitewash, low-quality absorbent plastic-painted surfaces, aerated concrete, etc. Used on highly absorbent and/or dust-generating surfaces.
